Mr. Moody has experience in all phases of land surveying. His hands-on field experience and extensive industry knowledge have provided him with a comprehensive skillset to manage large survey projects while providing quality service to clients for land design and infrastructure construction. His project management experience encompasses client relations, business development, proposal development, contract negotiations, budget management, quality control, policy and procedures, and team building. He has performed extensive work for local, state, and federal clients, for land development projects, facility and infrastructure improvements, renewable energy and large on-the-ground field surveys. Mr. Moody is responsible for the supervision of all office and field operations for surveying stakeouts, control for high order survey networks, quality assurance surveys, topographic and boundary surveys. Project types include environmental mitigation, energy plants, horizontal and vertical structure monitoring, control for subway tunnels, airport surveys, stakeout and as-built surveys for land development projects, commercial and high-rise buildings, residential subdivisions, roadways, and various utility stakeout surveys.
