Being the central point of contact and FCA representative for Manufacturing and Supply Chain issues related to the modular suppliers, JIS & EOP supply base, for records integrity, to ensure delivery of material on plant and payments. The main responsibilities of this position are:- To coach a cross-functional team of supplier, plant and corporate personnel with a focus on building relationships and being the initial point of contact for potential disruptions.- To ensure current or potential production issues are communicated to appropriate internal/external representatives on a daily basis, perform any necessary follow-up activities and conduct a root cause analysis for recurring issues.- To be responsible for developing standardized processes to be implemented within plants and modular supplier locations, as well as sharing best practices across the modular, JIS and Bailment supply base.- Responsible to verify that the System Inventory Adjustment is properly made at each initialization of plant.- Responsible to establish bond between Purchasing, Logistics & Engineering Dept., Plant, and Corporation.- Responsible to establish critical route, to supervise facilities (racks, mobile equipment, etc.), and to solve supply problems.

Manage multiple manufacturing facilities in assembly, stamping and components to drive efficiencies in ICT operations. Provide ICT infrastructure and process support for all corporate sponsored applications that are critical to meeting the objectives of manufacturing, while minimizing lost production due to ICT-related issues. Lead all manufacturing complex related ICT activities, including management of on roll and contract workers, and adherence to all ICT governance objectives. Build relationships and provide business support by being the primary interface with complex plant management including Plant Managers, Center Managers, Quality Managers, Manufacturing Engineering, and Manufacturing staff, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Advanced Stamping Manufacturing Engineering, Production Control and Human Resources. Scope includes day to day manufacturing production support, manufacturing and ICT launch activities and upgrades, and executing ICT strategic direction. Negotiate critical system maintenance around plant production and repair activities.

Assure that Saltillo VAN Assy plant achieve their production goals using the ICT services installed as enablers for these purposes on the production of VAN PROMASTER vehicles. Support quality strategy to improve customer satisfaction, reducing and avoid claims from the customer, warranty improvement, improve the Killer Customer Care and guarantee an advantageous score in JD Power/CQI, handle Production line complexity needs thru error/mistake proof initiatives, providing corporate & local information systems and network communication infrastructure. Assure the procurement of productive and non-productive parts to the manufacturing lines; (e.g. the Just in Time - JIT and Suppliers Part Delivery - SPD concepts have been implemented, so now the plants are able to maintain low parts inventories) with the use of the technology information. that are critical to meeting the objectives of manufacturing, while minimizing lost production due to ICT-related issues.
