Provide contract development, contract negotiation and contract management support for project team during pre-award, award and post-award stages on LNG and Gas-Chemical Projects;Prepare and negotiate terms and conditions of different types of Contracts – e.g. Contracts for FEED, Proektnaya Documentatsiya (as per Russian Legislation), Design Documentation development and EPC contracts, Non-Disclosure agreements, Subcontract agreements. Ensure compliance with established standards and company policies;Collaborate with project team/other company members e.g. finance, legal, procurement, logistics and etc. to ensure effective expertise of contract draft and its attachments. Prepare final draft of the contract;Management of ongoing contract life cycle including monitoring of key (penalized) contractual milestones, any potential amendments to contract price and/or terms and conditions, contract performance against commitments, and compliance to agreed terms;Advise Project team on contractual rights and obligations and interpret terms and conditions;Provide contract expertise for Project team for change orders and claim management;Identification of risks and treats of penalties against the company and advise for necessary mitigation activities;Serve as focal point of contact for customers both internal and external regarding contractual matters;Preparation correspondence and maintain records necessary to ensure the effective administration of all contractual issues.

- Control of execution of big-budget contracts: monitoring of main contractual milestones, contract amount and expiration - Development and integration into the company procedures and tools for contract management to ensure proper execution of contracts, to control main contract activities and parameters. Development of contract approval procedures- Participation in development of IT tools for contract management- Coordination of contract specialists in line of all tasks related to contract management- Interaction with other business units for contract management development- Participation in negotiations with customers in preparation of contract draft- Trainings for business units teams related to contract management basis, including the use of IT tool for Contract Management

Federal telecom network roll-out project 3G/LTE, Work in Project team- Organization and control of the team responsible for contract and claims management on the project- Settlement of problematic situations related to quality of work execution, acceptance and payments clearing-off between customers and subcontractors.- Responsible for reducing of accounts receivables: organization and control of implementation- Management and support of regional contract managers team- Contract management issues tracking and solving, Terms and Conditions control. Current contract conditions analysis and improvement- Identification of risks and treats of penalties against the project- Development and integration into the project procedures to ensure performance of the terms of contracts (development of concepts, methods, instructions, procedures start-up and follow-up): work orders issue and tracking, acts of acceptance issue and tracking, orders cancellation, invoices issue.- Support project with official correspondence- Preparation and improvement of contract and supporting documents drafts
