As a core member of the Macclesfield studio, my role spanned from assisting with early scheme designs through to the preparation, co-ordination, communication and the issuing of technical information including drawings, specifications, graphical media, reports and schedules.Job running including monitoring site progress and dealing with day to day technical issues. Meeting with contractors, sub-contractors and product manufacturers to achieve design solutions relating to buildability issues. Co-ordination of the Design Team.My last project for Capita was a technical monitoring role on the new Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Project Office building at Jodrell Bank Observatory for the University of Manchester.

Undertaking; condition and measured building surveys and producing drawings for in-house and external contractors. Producing planning, presentation and working drawings for the AMI/ RENEW program.

Providing CAD assistance to the busy Area Command Fire Safety office, the job involved liaising with the Fire Safety Officers to produce plans in connection with Fire Safety Legislation. Duties included the production of CAD plans; relating to Fire Certificates, Improvement Notices and Fire Investigations.
