I helped the team double our client base in 2 years from 2015. This helped make the company profitable by 2017. What helped make the company profitable quickly was that I helped our athletes get sponsorship from corporate companies and this boosted the company’s revenue. I also make sure client contracts are up to date and travel regularly to meet clients. I was able to help build the marketing pipeline to grow our content client base. When building the company’s research and database about the sports industry we were able sell more content to clients who subscribe to our material. This helps boost the company’s revenue. I also grew the company’s investment fund between 3% and 9% per annum for 4 years.

I worked with business owners in various industries such as construction, logistics, medical and funeral services which saw an increase in profitability for their companies of between 13% and 27%. I also helped improve their business strategies and better position their companies in the market. This led to an improvement in operating efficiency in their companies because I improved controls by improving the risk management. These controls helped reduce costs which led to the increase in profitability. Overtime the business owners also saw an increase in revenue because they were able to make better informed decisions, which led them to expand their companies.

I was awarded credit risk analyst of the month for March 2010 because of the consistently great service I kept providing to clients by helping them reduce risk on their portfolios. I helped reduce claims on my client’s debtor’s books by 17% which improved the overall profitability of Credit department at Lombard Insurance. This helped the company I worked for pay me a bonus for my work, despite the great financial crisis of 2007 to 2009.

I was promoted to Second in charge of my team in February 2008 because of the high levels of my service which averaged 90% for a year. I won a trip to Victoria Falls in May 2008 because of great service to clients which saw them reduce risk on their insurance policies.
