Job description:- Selection of bonds and equities for the fund’s self-investment;- Creation of a portfolio of bonds satisfying liquidity requirements and covering the risk of guaranteed return;- Development and mainstreaming of investment strategies;- Interaction with counterparties and issuers on investment and contractual activities;- Analysis of fundamental and technical factors of the debt market, market analysis;- Development, approval and updating of benchmarks that assess the quality of asset management;- Modeling and forecasting of fund strategies’ risk-budget;- Identification of opportunities for the tactical asset allocation within debt portfolios;- Development of new investment products;- Interaction with management companies to optimize the structure of portfolios of debt and equity financial instruments;- Regular monitoring of the activities of asset managers, evaluation of the effectiveness of asset management companies;- Regular management reporting;- Implementation of changes in legislation, policies and limits in asset management contracts;- Investment committees of the fund, preparation of materials for investment committees and Board of Directors.Personal achievements:-Automation of reports in the analytical system (writing technical and functional tasks, testing);Participation in the development and mainstreaming of the fund’s investment strategies:• checking for the existence of the structure of assets necessary to cover the risk of guaranteed return;• testing for liquidity requirements according to ALM models;• portfolio volatility management.- Preparation of proposals for corporate clients on the composition and structure of portfolios;- I have drawn up a model of asset class allocations for the fund’s strategies.
