"I often work with very little and yet I achieve what others look upon with admiration.”As a long-time advocate of lifelong learning, I have been fortunate to have been exposed in many L&D disciplines in various sectors ranging from service; healthcare and food & beverage. As a professional who is both comfortable in curriculum design and stand-up training, my years of experience has also provided me with the platform to showcase my business acumen and flair for financials. On top of successfully applying and obtaining ATP accreditation, I also have brought on board private training courses ranging from customized training solutions for companies, to nationally accredited BCLS+CPR courses that contribute to the bottom-line for the training business unit of the Group. My past track record for achieving outstanding training revenue in various roles empowers me with the belief that I can succeed in similar roles anywhere. Whilst I can perform admirably alone, I have shown my ability to lead a team of between 6 to more than 50 persons holding various roles and responsibilities. The period during Covid made me realise how resilience can bring out the best and worst in people and how having a positive mindset can help us to manage and overcome the challenges being thrust upon us. It also helped me build up more empathy in bringing both my team and other partners along in a collaborative effort to support the nationwide effort in surviving the pandemic and building up a more robust national healthcare system that can ensure we are in a safe pair of hands in the future for generations to come.
