Never give up on what you really want to do, the person with big dreams is more powerful than the one with all the facts.For over Seven years (since 2005 to 2013), I worked with FTC (Fair Trade Carbon Uganda Limited). Initially, it was FADA (Forest for African Development Associated program in Africa but latter changed to FTC with an objective of fixing Carbon in rural community development . The project was to achieve its goal of "FIXING CARBON" through training the youth the better solutions to a sustainable environment by engaging them practically in all activities related to tree Carbon fixation on academic contract base i.e. all employees were not to be paid in terms of salary or wages rather, a small advance was given to the employees monthly to enable them access the essential needs including clothing and so forth. Instead of salary, the company could pay for the employee school dues and all school requirement from secondary level to University level as stated in the agreed upon contract before joining.With this project, I managed to go through the advanced secondary level of education i.e. S.5 and S.6 in the years of 2006 and 2007 respectively. After this period, Having inspired with the Company's specific objectives of Restoring and conserving the the Environment, I joined Nkumba University for an Environment Course and hence a Degree of Science in Environment Management obtained on 20th October 2012.Completing the course in 2012 Marked the End of the Contract which was signed in November 2005. I continued working for the well being of the Company as well as managing a new project (Quality Printers) that I introduced in the City and this provided me with more skills in Administration. Latter on 7th April 2013, I joined UAE on a three year contract as a material Handler with Beea'h Leading Environment Change. This was intended to Grab more skills of Environment Management from.
