The integration of it into our ecosystem helped to expand our product portfolio, boosted user engagement, and improved customer satisfaction.- Developing tools for analyzing supply and demand in residential areas. These tools help us identify the best uses for commercial properties, optimizing sale prices and overall business strategy.- Leading efforts to build a unified business ecosystem. I contribute to a project focused on consolidating various services into a single ecosystem to enhance customer engagement and shift our focus from one-time transactions to long-term revenue generation. This strategy has been key to fostering deeper customer loyalty and unlocking recurring revenue streams.My approach is always centered on the customer. I emphasize attracting and retaining clients by offering innovative and practical solutions. I manage cross-functional teams that include engineers, UI/UX designers, architects, marketers, and analysts, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical skills and business goals.Before moving into product management, I gained experience in heavy machinery planning, finance, and investment analysis.
