• Improve and elaboration of method to assembly operations• Design of lay-out and flow charts to manufacturing process(3 per year)• Training to the production people in product changes• Development of Validation IQ, OQ and PQ(2 per month)• Implement lean projects(2 per year)• Design of fixtures and buy different kind of equipment’s -Test Method Validation (TMV).• Sustaining Activities: NCR’s, PFMEA, CP, MP, PM, 8’D, DOE’s, SPR’s

• Coordination the new launches of different programs following APQP methodology (3 per year). • Implement the engineering changes of products and actual processes (2 per month).• Preparation and review of the flow diagram and PFMEA to the new product.• Coordination with Materials team to get new components.• Training to the production people in the method of construction using standard of operation.• Support in the production areas to solve problems. • Design the equipment to implement and improve to make efficient the different process.• Purchase of equipment for the production processes.• Improve and elaboration of procedures to work efficiently in the areas.• Improve and design the layout of the plant for the new launches of new programs.• Support in PPAP documentation for submission of engineering changes and new products.• Coordination to build the PPAP pieces, with Production, Materials, Quality departments.• Design the kanban system in the different areas that was implemented.• Meeting with the customer to planning the engineering changes and new products.
