(Teamwork, Leadership and Commitment) points throughout season, our 3 core values as an organization- Strengthened students’ writing abilities by integrating poetry techniques in writing while also promoting aspects of communication and teamwork in the classroom

- Created a tutoring club (AMIGO Club), a pay it forward initiative, where current and former Math lab students tutor 8th grade Dawes Elementary students to boost math achievement and promote the meaning of service.- Presented multiple successful professional development workshops to Fellows, ranging from financial awareness, tutor mental health and building relationships- Supervised a caseload of 12 students; Individualized math tutorial sessions for 9th & 10th grade students in Spanish & English to eliminate knowledge gaps in foundational math skills, while retaining proficiency in current classwork
