I am a practical and pragmatic person who enjoys achieving results in different teams from different cultures, in complex environments, and in a rapidly changing world. I love reading business books, developing new skills, traveling to new places, meeting people, and learning about cultures. I also love team sports (it's always interesting to draw analogies on teamwork in sports and in business), I play basketball. A little bit about my path:I started my career as a design engineer in Vertical company, Triol Corporation in Kharkiv while being a student of aviation institute in the last course.For more than 7 years I went the way from a design engineer to the head of development department and head of production department.During this time I participated in the design and implemented products in such areas as: - Frequency converters for oil production (AK06 series); - Industrial low-voltage frequency converters (AT24 series); - medium-voltage general purpose frequency converters (AT27 series); - solar inverter; - soft starters; - voltage compensating devices.I achieved the best results in the field of variable speed drivers for oil production (AK06 series), where I took the position of the head of development department, and then I added the position of the head of manufacturing department.Achievements: - Launched 3 product lines of variable speed drives to the market (RC, RD, and 24 pulses)- Developed and implemented 3 proprietary strategies for product development in the oil and gas production sector;- Developed and implemented 3 strategies by means of teamwork to improve overall economic efficiency of all divisions of the company and the quality of its products;- Managed manufacturing and technical department of a staff of 50 people with differently-oriented specialists- Implemented budgets of the division within the limits of allocated funding. Conducted a retrospective review of each budget with decisions on the corrigendum for the next period. - Together with the commercial division, I received more than 15 new clients in the regions of the Middle East, USA and Latin America.After the outbreak of the war, I moved to live in Poland, where I continued the work in a new plant of the ”Trio Poland” company.To be continued :)
