-Oversees organisational level manpower and training policies.-Responsible for the conceptualisation of long term manpower policies and the progressive implementation to meet the intended outcomes.

-Responsible for the unit's training and daily operations. Led a core team to oversee resource optimisation and tasking prioritisation for the depots to ensure that the unit's workload remains manageable. - Custodian of unit level SOPs and Business Continuity Plans. Implemented enhancements to streamline work processes for efficiency and sustainability.- Responsible for the conceptualisation and development of operational doctrines to support RSAF mission.- Held concurrent appointments such as Unit Security Officer and Unit Safety Staff Officer.

- Command appointment as the Officer Commanding to ensure daily operational support for the RSAF mission is met. Responsible for the safety, security and operability of the ammunition depot and the stockpile maintenance.- Engineering lead accountable for any munitions related defects.- Held concurrent appointments such as the Unit Quality Officer and Dy Chairman for the Fireworks Committee in support of NDP 2018.

- Drove and followed through with long term force structuring efforts for the Air Engineering and Logistics Organisation (AELO) in the RSAF.-Conceptualised and developed multi-year workplan for the AELO to support RSAF’s requirements.- Reviewed organisational directives and strategy policies in alignment to organisational changes.

- Led a high performing maintenance team from the various engineering flights and represented Singapore in high-key airshows such as the Avalon Airshow in Geelong Australia and Lima Airshow in Langkawi.- Managed the aircraft modifications to convert operational aircrafts to be fit for acrobatic flying.

- Specialised in the F-16 aircraft weapon systems and led a team of assistant engineers responsible for the 'O' and 'I' level maintenance and repair of critical weapon and safety related components such as the gun and egress systems.- Led complex defect analysis and rectifications during this tour as the lead engineer for aircraft weapons in the flight.- Served as the DetachmentArmament Safety Officer in overseas live firing exercise. Responsible for explosive safety, ordnance reliability and contingency planning for ordnance emergency.

Responsible for the planning and execution of Route Operations, Site management, and Support/Logistics Operations for high key sporting events in Singapore such as the Aviva Ironman, Sundown Marathon, Men's Health Urbanathalon and Nike Human Race etc.Managed a team of EXCO members (all volunteers from various IHLs, myself included) to ensure smooth operations on event day and safety of participants through tight coordination with service providers for security and safety elements.

Developed cost efficient testing methods and assisted in the procurement of new rigs and fixtures for customised methods to carry out testing.Executed engineering testing procedures such as impact test, tensile testing, Salt Spray Test, Dynamic Loading Test etc to certify products comply to ISO standards.
