- Part of implementation team of Brazilian startup of Insurance subsidiary of XL Catlin, assuming a role of primary interface with London Project team and others local departments providing a project management for financial responsibilities and initiatives, cooperating with various levels within banks, IT consultants, lawyers and taxes advisors, external and internal auditors.- Part of the project to integrate Genius products developed for XL Catlin Brazil not only with Group USGAAP Reports and Consolidation but with brand new Local Accounting and Treasury (Accounts receivable and payable) system to attend local regulatory and taxes returns. The program transformed data quality/standards and delivered new functionality and major enhancements across a wide area including (1) the implementation of new financial systems that included standardization of differing global systems and processes and installation of architecture delivering multi-valuation bases, (2) an enterprise-wide financial reporting environment to support all local requirements (FIP SUSEP and Taxes returns) and (3) end to end processes across all critical financial processes delivering a significantly improved risk and control environment. - Finance officer responsible for local accounting, planning and reforecast, treasury (accounts payables), investments, taxes, internal control, FIC and ERM, Technical Reserves, Solvency II and Facilities.- Played Business Partner role, providing financial insight into the key drivers of each area of the business.
