We offer breakfast, lunchtime, PPA or after school clubs lasting from 45 minutes – 1 hour. During sessions children will develop fundamental physical qualities of gymnastics such as flexibility, agility, strength, balance and hand-eye coordination.All of our team are qualified gymnastics coaches with coaching qualifications from British Gymnastics, the official governing body for Gymnastics within the UK, and have extensive experience in coaching Elite/Regional and recreational level children and young people aged 5-18.Benefits for childrenGymnastics is a demanding but highly rewarding sport. Along with physical prowess the children will benefit from improved levels of confidence, focus, self-discipline and creativity, skills which can all be transferable across to the classroom and their daily lives. Gymnastics is a sport in which you are mainly in competition against yourself and so become adept at knowing your strengths and weaknesses and how best to further develop your skills.

I hope that my love for gymnastics is shown through my detailed history, a high performance gymnast myself, I started at the early age of 6. Through hard work, dedication, determination and passion my career flourished earning me multiple prestigious awards and resulted in one of the highest honors a gymnast could receive, being called up to represent my country, Great Britain in a number of international events.Below are some of my highlighted moments in my gymnastics career.An ex-international Men’s Artistic gymnast – I have represented Great Britain in 3 International competitions: America (4th place overall with bronze medal on high bar), Germany and France1998 - National Champion at the National Development Plan final1998 - London group champion at the National Development Plan final1999 - Selected to represent Great Britain at a 10-day European training camp in Italy2000 - British Under 12 Champion, British Under 12 High Bar champion2001 - 2nd place in Under 14 British Championships, British Champion on Floor2002 - British Team Champions 2003 - Under 14 London Open Champion, London Open High-bar Champion Since retiring in 2006, I have kept myself involved in the Gymnastics world. Working in London’s top regional level gymnastics club, I have passed on my knowledge and passion, coaching children and adults of all ages and ability. For the past 7 years, I have also coached a group of regional/elite-leveled gymnasts, helping them to hone their ability and prepare them for the competition world. This has led them to multiple gymnastic achievements and they have all been selected to represent London at the National Finals.
