• Performs proper assessment, planning, organizing, and implementing of HSSE programs• Review policies and procedures and initiate improvements• Represent the company in coordination meetings with clients and contractors• Prepares monthly performance statistics and submit reports to General Manager and Global HSSE• Consolidate all HSE inspection and other reports from subordinates• Conducts investigation and makes report of all accidents/incidents and provides necessary recommendation to prevent re-occurrence at the terminal• Conducts periodic inspection of the entire Company facility/offices to determine the necessary improvements and safety inspections on work conditions and practices inside the terminal• Schedules regular inspections of firefighting equipment and protective devices and other cargo handling equipment• Ensures traffic regulations are always implemented at the terminal • Conducts emergency evacuation drills at the port facility• Acts as PFSO (Port Facility Security Officer)Roles and responsibilities as PFSO:• Ensures the proper implementation, review and maintenance of Port Facility Security Assessment and Security Plan• Supervises the day-to-day functions of all security personnel including the Detachment Commander and the implementation of security at the port• Conducts periodic review, internal security audit and assessment of port facility security plan and initiates modification to correct deficiencies• Conducts quarterly security drills and semi-annual security exercise• Conducts semi-annual (PFSAC) Port Facility Security Advisory Council meeting to all stake holders• Liaises with OTS and other security organization to keep the company updated to any issuances• Represents BIPI in Batangas Industrial Security Alliance, BCRMF, PCAPI, PMAC and other local HSSE organizations• Responsible for subsequent renewal of Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility in compliance to ISPS code•Acts as PCO (Pollution Control Officer)

- CB&I - CTCI Joint Venture (CCJV)- Liwa Plastics Industrial Complex Project EPC1- Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC)• Identifying potential hazards and determining ways of reducing risks at the job site.• Conducting Safety Walkthroughs at the job site.• Attend weekly meetings with the construction team.• Consolidate daily reports of HSE subordinates.• Undertaking risk assessments and site inspections.• Conducts periodic safety audit and evaluation on the job site.• Providing health and safety meetings and training for employees.• Monitor the workplace activities to ensure that workers comply with company policies and safety regulations.• Advises supervision on all pertinent safety matters.• Assure project compliance with Permit-To-Work system.• Check work permit requirements (Method Statement, Job Safety Analysis and other necessary attachments needed for the activity).• Support contractors maintain compliance with the procedures and standards.• Conduct site inspections, particularly high-risk activities that should be checked daily for adherence to PTW requirements.• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of the implementation and execution of the Permit-To-Work system.• Ensure timely registration of permits to avoid delays in work.

- Sohar Refinery Improvement Project (SRIP)- Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC)• Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.• Ensure trainings, toolbox meetings and drills are implemented as a part of the company’s HSE program.• Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with the company policies and procedures as well as client requirements.• Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare lessons learned to the HSE Manager for promulgation to the management.• Ensure worksites are HSE compliant with company policies and safety standards.

Yamal LNG Project• Provide advice, information and instruction on HSE issues• Assist in the application of HSE procedures• Help manage risks and hazards in their area• Prepares inspection reports and ensure corrective actions has been undertaken whenever deficiencies are identified•Conduct toolbox meetings and prepare toolbox topics• Report and investigate incidents, injuries and hazards and implement agreed control measures•Investigate and report on all serious/critical personal injury accidents occurring to workers, staff and/or visitors to the appropriate senior official, and to assist in the investigation of all accidents/incidents that result in substantial damage to Board vehicles and property• Review and analyze injury and incident reports and data• Develop injury and incident prevention strategies for their area• Monitor area compliance with HSE policies and procedures• Help promote OHS awareness• Advises supervision on all pertinent safety matters
