Main activities and responsibilities:▪ Planning, designing and developing of feature functionality for new payment applications based on customer or internal specifications using Visual Studio 2013▪ Object-oriented designing and developing of CashTerminal touch screen applications in .NET Framework and C#▪ Designing look and feel of CashTerminal Kiosk Monitors▪ Creating custom functionality using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX▪ Identifying, troubleshooting and debugging defects in designated application code

▪ Creating interview scripts using IBM® SPSS® Data Collection Professional▪ Programing and troubleshooting online surveys▪ Setting filters and quotas, managing languages, exporting and reporting▪ Following questionnaire logic and creating survey content, functionality and “look and feel” of the survey▪ Creating custom functionality using JavaScript/HTML/CSS of the survey’s web template when needed ▪ Implementing changes and correction, if any, during the testing and/or live phase of the project▪ Activating the project to a live and test server and be responsible during the live field▪ Managing the QA process on specific projects▪ Identifying test conditions from requirements and specifications▪ Writing and executing test cases and reporting on results▪ Reporting, tracking and re-testing issues ▪ Querying SQL databases and verifying the data ▪ Daily live data checking and preparing deliverables ▪ Following company’s standards and polices▪ Providing expertise and technical support to the Project Management team

▪ Working from a standard protocol, utilizing a documented process to respond to customer issues▪ Resolving technical issues related to hardware and software from incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems▪ Working remotely via telephone, email, e-chat, and ticketing system to respond to first-level technical issues▪ Responding to service, product, technical, and customer relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement▪ Collaborating across teams to resolve issues and help reproduce issues in lab environment
