Implemented the following:- an independent decision-making system for assessing the financial status of customers, followed by the decision to issue a loan using MS Excel (VBA) for individuals, housing cooperative, private entrepreneur. Print relevant documents in MS Word. Consolidation of information into MS SQL Server using FTP server is implemented.- development of documentation on the use of the software;- new methodology for risk analysis approaches, scoring cards (with further analysis of the impact on the credit portfolio.)- internal control system for requests that are submitted to the unit with the subsequent automatic conclusion of service risk.- Functional and business requirements for external software developers, namely: "Credit module", "Credit factory", other technical solutions;- acceptance of the results of the work performed by the contractor (IT company) and testing for compliance with the set requirements;- Participation in working groups with an audit company in the framework of IFRS implementation;- development of business requirements, testing of implemented software products in terms of implementation of IFRS 39 and IFRS 9;- development and implementation of the Bank's early warning systems within IFRS 9;- modeling of different situational scenarios (eg: change of normative acts of Ukraine, determination of the number of default credits in the vintage analysis, etc.) in order to effectively evaluate the economic impact and further response of the management to potential consequences;- training employees in the use of implemented software.
