• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers – Customer sitevisits, attend aviation conferences, cold calling, sales negotiation, resolve customer disputes and complaints.
• Working in close conjunction with global sales team to target, renew and win new business byproviding competitive costs and market intelligence during tender processes.
• In-depth knowledge in commercial aviation operations, competitive fuel pricing, sustainable energy, carbon offsets, airport fueling procedures,, and varying fuel taxes around the world.
• Conduct commercial due diligence on prospective clients; research on company's business operations eg. aircraft fleet, flight routes, estimated fuel requirements, compiling findings into a report for review by Aviation.

• Manage price model, order fulfilment, backorder control, billing and receivable control, reconciliation and return of defective parts in the supply chain for AP region
• Ensure order fulfilment within required lead time and KPI is achieved by conducting internal process audit and ensuring compliance
• Manage backorders closely by working with part supply planners in Singapore and Taiwan.
• Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals
• Oversee the supply chain function for Singapore and AP vendors and ensuring the optimum balance between availability and stockholding
• Analyze past trends and prepare meaningful monthly product forecasting in SAP APO module with respective teams to achieve 60% forecast accuracy

• Manage contracts and projects with clients from SMRT, MINDEF, ST and other government entities
• Contract assessment and tendering on procurement portals such as gebiz.com, sesami.com and other corporate procurement portals
• Researching new and existing materials and assessing their suitability for use. Sourcing for suitable suppliers and meeting up with suppliers to negotiate pricing, quality and lead time
• Overseeing of purchase orders and coordinating activities to ensure smooth workflow and accurate order fulfillment
• Planning and budgeting of project expenditure, as well as accounting for operational expenses
