Responsible for supervise a team to assure customers receive the highest level of customer service and product quality in the most efficient manner, in order to meet and exceed customers' expectations. Responsible for the training of team based on corporate training guides and schedule. Ensure team understands business objectives according to policies and procedures. As a service manager complete all tasks necessary to maintain an engaged and productive workforce such as but not limited to, communicate in a clear and concise manner, mentor and develop team, recruit, hire, and train, and maintain accurate partner records and personnel files. Monitor team activity and results through weekly reports and administer fleet management. Implement the goodwill policy for assigned accounts. Develop a personal relationship with decision makers while in the field that leads to a high level of customer satisfaction. Create and manage a safe work environment where safety engagement trained, tough and reinforced. Teach and conduct all safety training, enforce all safety regulations. Handle renewals of customer contracts personally through Service Sales Reps while in the field. Cold calling, suggestive and new sales to position company as leader and best in the industry.
