Conducted surface geological mapping in the Ombilin Basin, West Sumatra, together with 9 students on a project that was sponsored by PT Radiant Bukit Barisan E&P. Deliverables of the project include geological maps, source rock geochemical samples, and thorough basin prospectivity interpretations. The field work was carried out safely and the project’s deliverables was submitted to the sponsors in time. This project provided the data for my undergraduate final year’s project.

First real-world experience as a Petroleum Geologist through the on the job training program with Chevron Indonesia. Specialized in subsurface mapping of reservoirs and analysed for missing stratigraphic sections using Landmark’s Stratworks and Z-Map to locate exact fault cuts on the well-logs in Attaka Field, offshore East Kalimantan. The outcome of the work was used to recalibrate the interpreted faults locations based on seismic interpretation.
