Qtech is one of the biggest Russian developers of telecommunication equipment. Our equipment is participating in all big tenders in Russia (Rostelecom, MTS, Vimpelcom, Megafon). I am responsible for developing Gpon (ONU, OLT), Gepon (ONU, OLT), Optical transceivers and Ethernet (Access, Aggregation, Core, Industrial switches) product lines in the company. My responsibility is defining customers needs, roadmaps for a new product, future strategy of the company, controlling production.Together with my team, we work on making our company great.

- Troubleshooting Internet Provider's network;- Working with active network equipment from different vendors (H3C, D-Link, Cisco, Edge-Core, ISCM);- Solving current and new customers problems with Ethernet and Docsis networks;- Working with software for diagnostic network's problems (Wireshark, tcpdump, Packet Builder );- Writing bash scripts for improving work quality.- Training new employees;
