I am an IT technician and my main job is to provide hardware and software support in person or remotely. I have expertise specifically in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Over the years, I have taken a course for Backoffice and Helpdesk technicians and completed the "Vas technical support - principle schema for TLC operators" course, receiving a participation certificate. Other skills include technical assistance and maintenance on computer systems and configuring them, installing fiber optic systems, assisting electricians, warehouse management including loading and unloading merchandise, as well as sales and providing quotes for computers.Recently, I completed the study program as a higher technician in Automation 4.0 at ITS Steve Jobs in Catania. I am currently working as an intern at STMicroelectronics in the position of Equipment Engineering, which I still hold.I am a sharp, proactive, curious individual who enjoys working in a team and is passionate about technology.
