After working years in medical field and military I got my Master degree in organizational behavior, which led me to my current position. I have organized two Crisis Management Conferences and took part in other different projects, together with such organizations as WHO, Ministry of Social Affairs and Health Insurance Fund. I like to work on building collaborations between teams and organizations. Thanks to my experience I have good stress resistance and communication skills. I'm also quick learner.
