• Liaise with client’s appointed design architects with regards to all designs matters• Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and overseas installation works • Attend overseas site meetings• Responsible for monitoring off-site production process and project reporting to clients• Carry out inspection of the purchased materials delivered to project site• Supervise the general workers with regards to the installations and construction• Identification and records quality control problems• Responsible for determining the cause of quality problem and initiate corrective control measures• Carry out defects liability servicing of completed projects and maintain records of such servicing• Procurement and Material sourcing• Planning and manage project timeline on-site work installation reporting

• Project Managed local residential and commercial projects in both Millwork Installation and GC matters• Planning and implementation of project and coordinating project team • Plan and schedule project timelines, monitoring of project costing work progress and coordinating interior works • Ability to liaise with parties involved in the project (includes clients, designers, sub-contractors and managements ie MCST) • Manage project budget, resource allocation and control costs and margins • Oversee all contractual issues such as Variations and Claims • Ensure proper coordination of all variables in the assigned projects. • Ensure sound administration and communication flow between the project team and the other related parties (internal and external). • Co-ordinate with and instruct sub-contractors/suppliers on timely delivery of materials and handover of projects with good workmanship • Distribute drawings and advise sub-contractors on construction methods Attend to architect/designer/client needs and requests• Oversee project progress and present weekly reports defining project progress, problems and solutions • Instruct project administrative executive on all necessary submissions, procurement of materials and any other administrative support• Control all expenses of project and ensure it is kept within budget • Responsible for the collection of all payments from client for project • Prepare profit and loss statement after completion of each project Implementation and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs• Project evaluations and assessment of results

• Responsible for Training and Development of Trainees • Oversee all the trainees, and mentor fellow Specialists in leadership skills• Managed overall discipline and ensure all Men will be at their best• Responsible for administrative and logistics issues
