CurrentThe implementation of the OT world in customers such as pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, Rovi, Serono,...), critical infrastructures (Nuclear power plants, airports) or other companies, is growing every day, which is why the creation of a new organizational branch in Honeywell called "Service solutions", in charge of helping to give a better response to large projects in various areas of the IT/OT world, to obtain the greatest benefit from the implementation of SCADAS systems in the IT world.My main role is the organization of the team, as well as providing solutions, alternatives and improvement plans to the end customer and helping to implement them.Since the OT world is increasingly entering the client's IT world, my new function is also to act as interlocutor between the IT department and the rest of the client's areas to deal with issues and incidents related to the implementation and coexistence of both systems.Supplying and dealing with the client with diverse profiles, to be able to inform and design OT/IT, present the profitability of the project, facilitate the integration of IT in the different departments and project development are other of my areas with this new responsibility.
