Ivan Rabanillo joined Latham & Watkins' Tax Department in Madrid in May 2009, being promoted to counsel in 2013 and to partner in 2021.His practice focuses on transactional tax matters and, in particular, on Spanish and international tax aspects of cross-border transactions. In addition, Mr. Rabanillo has experience advising on the tax aspects of M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, banking, restructuring, and structured finance transactions.
