Budget 200.000 euro, 4 months work.• Responsible for rent off 9 apartment building in Nicosia.• Restore the accounts in CISCO (CY stock exchange), sold shares, distributed to shareholder.• Opened bank accounts for persons and legal entities in Europe, Kazakhstan and Montenegro.• Organised reissue of CY passports with visit of Cyprus and without - through Moscow embassy.

• audit of IFRS, RSA and US GAAP and group reporting financial information in accordance with ISA and PCAOB;• Preparation and set up of IFRS FS function, including statutory and consolidated FS in different industries (ABS Group, RTK Group);• financial consulting in complex areas (business combination, combined accounting, spin off and carve out accounting), including participation in consultation of MH(O)L in main key transactions and complex matters; • experience in review of CF models, coordination relevant assumptions with valuation team;• experience in internal control function including companies with SOX environment; • communication with key management of clients; • deep knowledge of IFRS, Russian accounting and knowledge of reporting systems;• knowledge of the Russian administrative, tax and civil legislation;• finance and treasury – understanding of function and organization in different group of companies; • project management, including multi-location engagements with HQ in Cyprus and the Netherlands; management of number engagement in parallel;• development of audit team members.
