I am psychologist and researcher dedicated to empowering individuals, programs and agencies translate the science of wellbeing, growth, resilience and trauma-informed practice into action. This includes as the:Co-Founder of LBI Foundation (Life Buoyancy Institute Foundation). LBI Foundation is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to building the mental health and wellbeing of vulnerable Australians by empowering and then growing local community capacity (e.g., schools, agencies, regional areas). I work as a clinician, trainer and R&D leader within LBI Foundation. The developer of the IMPACT Program - The IMPACT Program offers a unifying lens and language, supported by practical resources and tools, to enable the science of wellbeing, growth, trauma-informed practice and resilience to be understood and applied by children, young people and adults, and intentionally applied across all supporting adult roles and contexts.The lead thinker of "intentional practice": a publicly available and mindfulness-based intervention design and implementation methodology to guide and empower individuals, programs and agencies to translate the science of wellbeing, growth and trauma-informed practice into local action (www.intentionalpractice.org)
