Served as a Consultant for the migration of an external claims adjudication vendor into the internal benefit management system Power MHS for the Medicare Advantage System. This process included the development of the Medicare Advantage Claims Department.

Lead a team of the company department heads for the implementation of the 2006 Medicare Drug Benefit (Part D). Developed a company wide master work plan for the project.

Oversighted the operation of two departments with close to 100 employees including 4 manage4r, 10 supervisors, team leaders and coordinators of Claims and Customer Services for the largest Medicare Advantage health plan in Puerto Rico.
