GERDAU/OPTIMUS STEEL (Steel Manufacturing Vidor, TX)Full TimeTENARIS HICKMAN (Steel Tubing Plant Blytheville, AR) Was responsible for managing the automatization of the roller mill, capital projects, from start to finish in value 5MM.  Zero incidents or causalities during the execution of this project. New thermal treatment for Welded Tubes: Coordination support for electrical erection, project schedule coordination and commissioning. Supported in the electrical supervision in Heat Treatment Project. Sensors (approx. 200), PLC Control Logix Installation (Allen Bradley PLC), Drive AC Installation (VFD - Power Flex 200). The drives were installed in the Roller Tables.  Supported in the electrical installation in the Combustion and Handling PLC. (They have a Combustion furnace and Electrical Furnace (Quench and Tempering – Coil’s furnace).
