CurrentThis role consisted in managing multiple branches of a real estate company. Mainly Short Term Rental units, specifically 8 units, some of them are guesthouses, and some are main houses, these are all located in Lubbock, Texas. Some of my tasks were, managing the cleaners, and make sure everything was in perfect condition for the next guest, create automation for all units using contact maintenance for any issues in the units, study the market for pricing, provide customer Host Tools, our automated calendar software, customer service for guests, listing properties, create automation for tasks and management in Podio, manage the listings in multiple websites (Airbnb, Houfy & Vrbo), do a market study for the units during certain seasons, keep track of all the financials regarding the units in excel, with table and systems created, designed and automated by me, design the check-in books for all units, manage a team of 2 cold callers for data input on Podio and keep track of the data collected on Batchdialer, create multiple SOP´s, instructions and perfecting ways of communication between the team and leads. Some of my achievements have been, create and design fully automated systems for the company, improve the revenue and NOI for all units to a 10% increase in yearly revenue, learned how to dominate the market with different strategies and Airbnb’s SEO in the Lubbock area, I’ve successfully gone from managing 5 units, to now 8 units.
