In 2019, I founded Sinchro Partners, an advisory firm that provides strategic and financial advice to investors and companies involved in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings and other complex transactions. Since then, working as a senior partner to develop, negotiate and implement relevant recommendations for the success of our clients' businesses, applying a holistic view of our client’s challenges and considering all stakeholders.

Lazard is a leading global investment bank focused on mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, and asset management. For 11 years, I was a partner of the firm in Brazil and a member of the local management team with responsibility for deal origination and the negotiation of M&A and financial restructuring transactions in the infrastructure, financial institutions, and consumer goods & retail sectors. I had the opportunity to lead and participate in some of the largest transactions in Brazil and relevant deals in their respective sectors, involving large companies such as Vivo, Casas Bahia, Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Solar Coca-Cola, Odebrecht, Julius Baer, ​​among others.

UBS Investment Bank is one of the largest global financial institutions and offers specialized financial advice on a wide range of financial products. During the period in which I worked in the M&A team in New York, I was an Associate Director responsible for financial and strategic assessment of a wide range of companies from several sectors, I prepared valuations of companies, including for fairness opinions and supported the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions, participating in the execution entire process.

For over four years, I worked as a management consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, a global strategic consulting firm based in Germany, with offices in several countries. During this period, I was responsible for identifying new business opportunities and delivering to the company's customers projects aiming at operational efficiency gains and new corporate strategies to achieve their long-term goals.

Present in 18 countries, Itaú is the largest private bank in Brazil and the largest financial institution in Latin America. For one year, I participated in the company's trainee program and had the opportunity to work in different areas, preparing for a leadership role. This experience broadened my view of different organizational processes and allowed me to develop a more refined strategic vision of large corporations.
