The owner of the property who knows my family trusted me to link him with a professional team because of my work experience at the Planning and Development office at Tigre's City Hall and my knowledge about building regulations.Due to the fact that I developed an interestingnetwork during my junior professional years, I was able to introduce the project to Juan Carlos Franceschini, CDI Consult Director, and Master MDI Director, Madrid PolytechnicUniversity. Once we developed an inversion plan for the different stages of the project, we connected with Luongo Caputo Architects to offer them the possibility to build the project. The firm hired me after they closed this deal for a one-year period as a Junior Architect for this particular project and for the second one in Buenos Aires Technological District.Responsibilities and Duties:*Understand economic principles and management methods;*Put in practice my knowledge in building regulations and embrace my skills in a business environment;* Ensure that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.

During my early student years, I was trained by Tigre City Hall to be a member of their planning and control council. In this period, I was working part-time in the Planning and Development office of Tigre City Hall whilst completing my studies at the University. Because of my knowledge in Building Regulations, one professor called me to advise his firm, PALO, in code and regulations and produce detailed blueprints and drawings.
