The owner of the property who knows my family trusted me to link him with a professional team because of my work experience at the Planning and Development office at Tigre's City Hall and my knowledge about building regulations.Due to the fact that I developed an interestingnetwork during my junior professional years, I was able to introduce the project to Juan Carlos Franceschini, CDI Consult Director, and Master MDI Director, Madrid PolytechnicUniversity. Once we developed an inversion plan for the different stages of the project, we connected with Luongo Caputo Architects to offer them the possibility to build the project.
