Management of construction operations :◊ Ensures safety, supervision of subcontractors, and on-site construction workers.◊ Closely monitor site progress based on budget, program and client expectations. ◊ Works closely with site supervisors and site engineers to ensure work is completed on-time and at a suitable standard.◊ Ensures quality assurance and initiate quality control measures◊ Maintain and report actual costs compared to tender of each job at completion◊ Comply and implement company procedures and directives of the Project Head and Senior Management◊ Represent the company to the client, independent certifier, architect, subcontractors and the public - in a professional and ethical manner.
