As a creative problem solver, I am passionate about using my skills and experience to design spaces that help people live, work, and express their culture. My role in TreanorHL is a Project Architect with a specialization in Advanced Industry type projects. I design labs, manufacturing spaces, aircraft hangars, and anything else that has complex details to unravel. I work diligently with clients to understand their needs and targets, while keeping watch for opportunities to create a better working environment.I have worked in two offices within TreanorHL. I began my career in Higher Education, focusing on instructional and research laboratories out of our Dallas, Texas office. During this time, I had the opportunity to work with large universities such as Texas A&M University, University of North Texas in Ft. Worth, and Kansas University.After six years in that location, I made a move to the Advanced Industries studio out of Denver, Colorado. I was able to apply my experience with university laboratory layouts into the private laboratory sector. Designing for environments that mirror what new graduates have experienced would lead to easier acclimatization of new staff. During this time, I became architecturally licensed in the state of Colorado, and have gained experience developing creative, efficient, and forward-thinking designs for my clients.My areas of interest include: new industry science and technologies, environmental science, building sustainability, human-centered design, and cGMP practices, among others
