Gaining Market Share to 100% total increase Achieved zero DAFW goal with Zero recordable during this period as a District Manager Reinforce HS&E and HR policies to the full employee group, improve accountability, teamwork, goals definition, training program and management interaction.

Provide technical support for Regional Sales to present current technology in a direct selling effort. Train Regional sales and Operations on current technologies.
