Ensure high quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of revenue KPIs.- Lead the Immigration compliance service practice, supporting multinational companies and their employees in Russia with immigration compliance matters. Ensure high quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of revenue KPIs. - Drive business development and client management, including engaging with new global and local clients, speaking at various events, and collaborating with government agencies. - Provide team leadership, offering guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to promote people development, a healthy and growth-oriented culture, and high-quality deliverables.
