Ensure high quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of revenue KPIs.- Lead the Immigration compliance service practice, supporting multinational companies and their employees in Russia with immigration compliance matters. Ensure high quality, client satisfaction, and achievement of revenue KPIs. - Drive business development and client management, including engaging with new global and local clients, speaking at various events, and collaborating with government agencies. - Provide team leadership, offering guidance and mentorship to junior consultants to promote people development, a healthy and growth-oriented culture, and high-quality deliverables. Key Achievements:- Ensured continued client compliance and strengthened long-term client relationships by successfully and timely completing annual personal income tax compliance projects for over 30 clients (more than 400 projects) each year.- Expanded the firm's service offerings and opened new revenue streams by developing a new immigration services practice from scratch, with over 10 clients (more than 70 projects) in the pipeline by the end of the financial year. - Positioned KPMG as a leading advisor in immigration compliance and global mobility, resulting in increased client trust and new business opportunities, by collaborating with government agencies in the development of new immigration laws. Key Achievements:- Dramatically improved team productivity, leading to a 70% efficiency increase in the first year, by developing internal IT software tailored to streamline operations.- Ensured continued client compliance and strengthened long-term client relationships by successfully and timely completing annual personal income tax compliance projects for over 20 clients (more than 200 projects) each year.- Boosted team performance and enhanced the quality of client services, leading to increased client satisfaction and business growth, by launching technical upskilling programmes for team members (over 100 people), significantly improving their technical capabilities. - Strengthened relationship with a global client and opened new business opportunities for EY offices in more than 10 countries by facilitating the successful setup of a new global client account following the spin-off of one of an existing client’s business units into a separate organisation.
