Experts Junior Shift Lead
In a shell, my work as a Junior Shift Lead lies in People Management. More specifically, my responsibilities are:- Making sure everything runs smoothly on my shift and solving all occurring issues our team may face;- Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary;- Arranging and running One-to-One and group meetings with the team;- Conducting performance reviews and sharing feedback with both upper management and team members;- Preparing an individual growth plan for each team member according to their recent performance check;- Monitoring and analyzing how processes in our team align with the actual needs of the company and adjusting them accordingly;- Working on Team Building;- Performing team's Healthcheck; - Watching team's attendance, tiredness, and burnout.
