• Serve as thought-partner for Global Head of ETF & Index Investment Product to drive commercialization of global product suite, leading to the launch of 2 new product suites and 4 products in Q4 2018• Articulate and progress global product priorities, facilitating global connectivity across regional product suites and enhancing product development, through coordination and oversight of team of 100+ reports to Global Product Head• Lead 10 quarterly product operating reviews to assess how the product teams are executing against overall business strategy and identify areas in need of additional support and resources• Contribute to key EII talent initiatives, including the pipeline of full-time and summer analysts, being responsible for interviewing and evaluating more than 60 candidates

• Guided the iShares ETF business competitor strategy by providing senior management with continuous tracking and analysis of 80+ competitors in the US ETF landscape, focusing on revenue, asset acquisition and product development• Evaluated opportunities for iShares through continuous financial and qualitative review of BlackRock’s existing ETF product suite and that of competitors including a comprehensive pricing review that drove a $10MM price adjustment • Partnered with Institutional Sales Strategy to re-design the Client Relationship Management system maintenance, leading a clean-up effort that resulted in the hiring of 4 contingent workers and the update of 130,000 contacts• Trained and managed 2 summer analysts; helped design and implement the entire US ETF Strategy internship program and created training documents for over 30 summer analysts across the US

• Worked closely with senior management, including C-Suite executives and global heads, to achieve firm-wide efficiencies through process re-engineering, such as Mexico’s Consumer Technology $70MM revamp efficiency gains• Partnered with CAOs across all businesses and functions within Citi to review and monitor staffing alignment in all divisions, resulting in a 10% reduction of total overhead costs for the organization• Drove an Institutional Clients Group Managing Director attrition analysis which was presented to the ICG head and enabled strategic decision-making that focused on reducing voluntary attrition by 20% over the next 5 years• Led Talent Diversity Trend analysis presented to the Board of Directors which resulted in the creation of mid-career women and under-represented minority leadership development programs in both Europe and the United States
