Planning and Implementation ▪Plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate projects in schools and communities.▪Develop monthly project work plans and budgets.▪Build the capacity of Fellows government teachers, and staff to execute projects like digital learning financial education climate education and leadership others▪Seek out and create opportunities for exposure development and mentorship for Fellows and learners on climate education leadership, digital learning and financial education ▪Support communities and Fellows to design and implement contextualised solutions to that promote environmental protection financial literacy and digital learning▪Conduct monthly meetings with fellows to track progress on projects implementation celebrate successes and share updates and planned activities for next month.▪Conduct advocacy activities to promote education within the districts of operationMonitoring, Evaluation And Reporting ▪Support Fellows to analyse data on projects uptake and use it to inform correct measures for project implementation, Compile and share projects progress report on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis with donor reporting timelines ▪Profile and share success stories, and the mpact of projects on a monthly quarterly, and annual basis▪In coordination with MEAL, collect and analyse data on projects to track progress toward the intended results Stakeholder Management▪Liaise with stakeholders at sub-county and district levels to ensure their involvement and ownership of project interventions.Communications ▪Manage and coordinate project communications, including social media, website updates, and newsletters▪In coordination with the Communications Manager assist in creating content for TFU's social meda platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube▪Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns and events.▪Shoot and Edit videos capturing the impact of the program.

Stakeholder Engagement.● Establish, foster, & maintain relation'ps with important networks at assigned universities - including lecturers, staff, student leaders, cultural societies, and volunteers - through clear com'n plans which engage key stakeholders with TFU vision.● Identify and empower campus ambassadors to support our campus recruit't efforts to achieve our recruit't goals.● Execute the set recruit't goals and drive all partners - including campus volunteers - towards achieving them.Campus Engagement● Build a strong brand - expertly & knowledgeably promoting the Teaching As Leadership Fellowship Program to all students, finalists, & graduates from universities.● Identify key talent at assigned universities and youth org'ns and influence good quality candidates to engage with Teach For Uganda’s vision.● Build a TFU mov't across continuing students at target universities to ensure the sustainable future growth of the organization.● Coordinate resources for assigned universities and maintain detailed records of campus activity.● Cultivate potential talent and incoming participants through events, regular telephone calls, and meetings.● Maintain candidate contact throughout the recruit't process, and update records of contact made with prospective candidates.● Support the Recruit't Head to build a sense of community within the incoming cohort through events and relationship mgt.Marketing and Branding● Lead and execute sections of the recruitment campaign to achieve ambitious application targets.● Execute marketing strategies designed to influence public perception of the TFU brand.● Organize and/or support effective execution of recruit't events by providing logistical coordination and conducting attractive publicity campaigns.● Provide administrative support including, but not limited to: conducting relevant research; tracking all aspects of campaign progress, and maintaining all databases.

Moderating network fellow/alumni virtual events on the platformMonitoring posts and concerns arising and address them collectively with the community. Headlining online surveys on the network leaders performance, project knowledge, their respective community needs and the most appropriate problem solving projects they are innovating.Developing a virtual network, strategizing virtual activities and organize online community events for the alumni, fellow and network leaders.Sourcing weekly content through communication and collaboration with network partners, fellows and alumni.

Conducting needs surveys, data collection and reporting on the most pressing academics issues among children and the existing community injustices hindering livelihoods with their most commendable solutions Supporting all-round and innovative lessons in schools of placement. Supporting and training other teachers in class management, learning material making and individual pupil development.Carrying out community visits in individual learner homes and build, a teacher-parent mentoring relationship aimed at learners academic growth.Engaging and collaborating with local stakeholders including local leaders and the local people in addressing educational injustices and other arising social issues.Conducting extensive research on social injustices, innovating and leading a community solution aimed project to tackle the pressing needs of the community based on findings.

Building a transformative and informative audience community via social media, in person and Events engagement.Carrying out up to date research on youth pressing issues, collectively hold meetings with them to seek joint solutions to these issues before getting on air.Hosting youth talks, interviews to give abroad coverage sharing of their success stories with the audience so that they learn and find inspiration from the stories.

Designing a marketing strategy and building a target work force for field operations and client engagementsMaking field visits to client offices and businesses to offer advisory support and make follow-up on their payment records.Organizing cooperate events and distributing branded company materials to participants, revelers and prospects while selling product details and exchange contacts for later follow up.Executing credit services with interested clients, guiding them on documentation and submitting their details to head office for liquidation.Organizing and presenting product knowledge to cooperate organizations including ministries, government agencies and other sectors who later seek interest in purchasing the company services.Holding radio talk shows, charitable campaigns and outreaches as a give back gesture that later entice prospects into building a stronger bond with the organization.

Conducting research and surveys on youth related challenges on and off school through one on one and group engagements Collaborating with secondary school leaders and designing an operational calendar for youth activities.Patronage and establishment of youth clubs that act as a platform to sharing and learning and seeking solutions for the arising issues affecting them.Organizing events, conferences and individual meetings to counsel and guide youths on the different challenges they face at both school and community.Compiling the various findings and submitting them to the research organization where you later base on these facts to design and implement transformative mentorship trainings to these youths.
