I am currently based in New York City leading the Latin American legal team consisting of 17 lawyers and 10 employees serving 44 countries for a business of approx. $4b.I have worked on projects that have rendered millions of dollars in savings to the company as well as looked for savings opportunities in multi-million dollar legal budgets in different currencies/countries around the world. Moreover, I have been a key driver of multifunctional teams in charge of opening plants and business operations in 3 different countries, multi-countries restructuring in 2 continents, obtaining and complying with tax incentives for a multiple of countries including Central and South America, Europe, and the US, as well as contributed with the legal aspect of plant shutdowns for 3 countries including dealings with unions, different labor local regulations on impacted people and business while protecting shareholders interests.My passion is developing others, leading with authenticity while driving diversity, equity and inclusion.
