• Interpret advanced process safety data generated from Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), PhiTec (ARC) and RC1 measurements.
• Requesting offers and ordering of chemicals in bulk quantities from external suppliers for Tox-Batchproductions.
• Supervising an apprentice, trainee or junior team members.
• Independently draft Master Operation Records (MOR) and weekly project progress reports (PPR)
• Implementation & Development of new technologies for synthesis, analysis, purification & safety: 8" charcoal mobile filtration unit, Thermal Screening Unit (TSu), falling film evaporator, React-IR (in-situe IR)

• Producing Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredients (API) in kilo lab (up to 60L)
• Monitoring reaction progress and performing compound analysis
• Interpret analytical data and take appropriate action by e.g. suggesting possible side-product/impuritystructures and proposing alternative reaction conditions and synthetic pathways.
• Optimizing reaction in term of safety, robustness, cost & effectiveness
