CurrentAs the New Jersey Sales Manager for a leading Cybersecurity and IT Managed Services Provider, I manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), driving sales, business growth, and client success in the SMB and mid-sized business sectors.Key Responsibilities:Sales Team Leadership: I oversee the BDR team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure targets are met and exceeded. I work closely with the team to develop strategies for prospecting, meeting setting, and deal closing, ensuring each rep is equipped for success.Business Development: I focus on identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with small to mid-sized companies. I ensure the sales pipeline is filled with qualified prospects and help navigate them through the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.Client Solutions: I collaborate directly with SMBs and mid-sized businesses to address their IT challenges. I design tailored solutions that tackle cybersecurity vulnerabilities, improve IT infrastructure, and drive their growth with managed services. My approach ensures that our services align with their specific needs.Strategic Market Growth: My role involves growing the New Jersey market by expanding the client base and driving revenue. I develop and execute strategic plans that help us reach new customers while increasing the value provided to existing clients.Collaboration with Account Reps: While I drive new business, I work closely with our dedicated account management team to ensure a smooth handoff once deals are closed.
