CurrentDrive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, problem-solving, andimplementing new best practices;Streamline and organize all operational processes to ensure efficient and practical support for end users,focusing on improving user experience, reducing downtime, and promptly addressing their concerns andissues;Lead the Endpoint Infrastructure team, ensuring team development aligns with organizational quality andquantity needs;Plan and allocate resources effectively for successful project delivery and team support;Ensure infrastructure functionality, efficiency, and reliability across a group of companies, including on-premises infrastructure across different locations;Maintain hardware, including purchase, recording, audits, upgrades, repairs, replacements, and deliveryof user devices and other equipment for optimal performance and longevity;Automate provisioning processes and implement an MDM solution with necessary security measures andpolicies for Windows, Mac, Linux, and BYOD devices;Maintain cloud infrastructure; andImplement DevOps practice in teamwork.
