Major Projects:IT Risk and IT Compliance:• Definition and implementation of IT Control Framework Workflow for Compliance (ISO27001) and Findings Management Workflow.• Managing and giving support in many solutions of eGRC Archer (Enterprise Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Third Parties Management, Compliance Management, Policy Management, Vulnerability Management "NIST – NVD Vulnerabilities”, etc.).• Definition and implementation of full IT Risk Management process (Threats and Assets identification, Risk Evaluation, etc).• Implementation of eGRC Archer new custom functionality to integrate a full Certification Process.• Technical design, implementation and assignment of roles in many projects with custom Access Control profiles.• Experience with GDPR projects in Archer.• Preparing project proposals for existing and new customers.Integration and Technical Upgrades:• Lead and support Archer integration with HPSM CMDB using SQL Querys. • Lead and support Archer integrations with ServiceNow or Qualys using API Rest and JavaScript.• Version Upgrades of RSA Archer application on Windows Servers.Reporting and Data Analysis:• Automatization of KRIs related to Loss Events and implementation of a better KRIs Reporting experience.• Definition and implementation of Quality Indicators based on functional and technical business analysis.• Definition of Data Quality Dashboard and Business Dashboard.• Implementation of Automatic IT Controls to ensure the quality of the information.
