2007-2014: Viadukt d.d. – among largest Croatian construction companies, with 2600 employees in 2008. Duties and responsibilities include main manager of the quarry, lead engineer of surface mining and drilling, coordinator for stabilisation of the excavation, procurement of the construction supplies, engineering geological mapping, producing design of the current state of built projects. I have personally in charge of mining operations on many tunnels in past 6 years, and have done hundreds of underground-in tunnel mining with zero track record of accidents. I have managed hundred workers in up to 20 hour shifts following strict building schedule with aim to deliver construction projects on time and follow tight deadlines. I have developed strong building site management skills, good inter-personal skills while being site manager and responsibility while working with explosives in highly controlled environments (mining near the city centres and residential areas). I am a specialised mining engineer for tunnelling/drilling tunnels for different purposes, able to follow strict schedules and organise large group of workers and equipment.
