UI Leadership Development Center (UI LDC) is a leadership training Institution under Daya Makara UI, special work unit fully supported by Universitas Indonesia which provides executive leadership training and development program for organization's executive/managerial levels.In UI LDC, I currently supporting and assisting in leadership development programs (public trainings and customized in-house training programs) and also contributing in UI LDC annual leadership conferences named Indonesia Leadership Forum (ILF) and Indonesia Women Leaders' Forum (IWLF)..

- Involved in syllabus and course topic research in non-degree MBA in Tech program and conducted pedagogy research for rigor and effective teaching methods.- Improve and develop course contents for non-degree MBA in Tech program in form of video lectures and slide presentations.

- Conducted content planning (concept brainstorming, content idea, campus culinary mapping) content production (product and ambience photo shoot, content video shooting) and content engagement evaluation in social media (viewers check, followers/subscribers engagement and interaction).- Assist in external relationship for event media partner, product content partnership, product endorsement and product paid promote.- Leading human resources activities (team recruitment, team on boarding, and administration).

- Assisted in recruitment projects, including administration activities and assisted recruitment team on test preparation, interview process and result.- Assisted in organization development projects, including administration activities and data entry.
