- Product Development IntegrationHead of develop and test the new temperature data recorder Transcan Advance device.Integration Transcan Advance with tracking devices.- Customer training support To impart knowledge directly to customers and colleagues to train them on Transcan standalone or remotely use.- WELMEC 7.2 / ISQ-IPQ / EN12830 : 2019 / ISO 17025 / ATPLeading with different Government Institutions ( Spain, Portugal & UK ) to get the required approvals for Transcan Advance under Pharma & Frozen transport needs.- Technical support: FALCOM ( Lantronix ) & CalAmp tracking devices.Troubleshooting on telematics devices including GPS/GSM/3G/4G signal, network/APN settings, hardware/software diagnose faults.- Front of the Spanish campaign release for AddSecure being Spanish key account manager.

IT Analyst Engineer Software/Hardware focused on live tracking log environment.- Customer & Technical ( software/ hardware ) Support & DiagnoseProviding 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers and field engineers. Including remotely of new installations and instructing correct vehicle wiring & data analysis to detect recurring problems.- Configuration & Support for FALCOM ( Lantronix ) & ASTRA tracking devicesTroubleshooting on telematics trackers including GPS/GSM/3G/4G signal, network/APN, hardware faults.- IT Manager in charge on siteIn charge of keeping servers and all computers on site running and networked properly.- Data Log Infrastructure Managing "big data" incoming in SQL database.- Product Development Integration Head of developing and testing the new temperature data recorder Transcan Advance device.Hardware integration of Transcan Advance with any kind of tracking devices.- WELMEC 7.2 / ISQ-IPQ / EN 12830 / ISO 17025 / ATPLeading with different Government Institutions ( Spain & UK ) to get the approvals needed for Transcan Advance to be used around the World under specific countries standards.- Writer of "User Reference Manual" & "Install Manual" ( English/Spanish ) Writing different manuals from customer and technical perspectives towards the end of Transcan release.- Front of the Spanish marketing campaign & key account manager for the biggest Seven customer.

IT Technology Manager :- Maintain all IT equipment ( PC´s, iPads, Server Racks setup, Printers, Access Points, Projectors, ... )- Set up all existing and new IT infrastructure in several buildings- Support as well the Academic department in all areas of administration.
