In these 6 years, I am playing the managerial role in responsible on managing the marketing team to execute overall Marketing activities. I would formulate the yearly and monthly marketing and promotion plan for the company, prepare quarter business review (QBR) and identify the key improvement areas in Sales & Marketing. As a marketing manager, I have to supervise the marketing team and provide leadership to handle different projects, formulate digital marketing strategy and lead the team to execute successfully. I had also organized some scaled events such as CME professional seminar, Health Expo and Senior Fair.On the other hand, I also responsible on maintaining the relationship with business partners, building up loyalty and generate new accounts for the company. During my tenure, I contributed over 10% improvement in overall sales volume year by year, establish 4 more new stores for the company (from 4 to 8 branches), and also increased over 50% new corporate accounts. I also helped to revamp the company website 2 times and also managing social media platform for the company. (Facebook fans page from 300 fans to 6000 fans)

I worked as a senior marketing executive for the company. I am responsible in playing as one of the team leader role to lead the team to handle the sliming product line, including formulate and execute overall Marketing plan, set up media plan for Print Ad, TVC shooting, manage products SDU, online marketing, organize roadshow, seminar and press conference, and also handle the Taiwan project. Even if my tenure in Royal Medic is only 6 months, I had gained my experience much in different kinds of marketing works.

I am mainly responsible in either sales or marketing duties including develop relationship with corporate partners, plan for promotions to internal and external clients, and also data analysis and report.

For my first Marketing job, I worked in Premier International Marketing Ltd. as the Marketing Executive. It is a trading company mainly focused on home appliances retail and export business. I am responsible in Marketing and Account Management duties. I had managed over five of the key domestic accounts of the company, organized over 50 roadshows in department stores, shopping malls and major exhibitions, prepare advertisement design and promotion. I was also responsible in managing the sales team which has over 30 promoters.
